An event for each new recommendation on a connected Facebook Page.
Answer new reviews while they are fresh. Subscribe to review.received, with no other setup. The example is the payload's data.

It fires once per review. For reviews written before you subscribed, List Page Reviews reads every review, newest first. See Facebook.
